Methodology
Over the 30 years of operation, Trommer & Associates, Inc. has developed a project methodology that works with minor variations, on all projects.
This Methodology includes the following:
- Listen: Provide management an opportunity to
define present operational problems and limitations.
- Develop Growth Projections: Develop a plan to support an
increase in sales or service.
- Days sales of inventory: Define the clients
need to turn its inventory within a facility or storage location
within a given year.
- Review present operations: Provide management an
unbiased overall evaluation of area for improvements
- Develop a 3 to 5 year Master Plan and Layout:
Based upon
goals and projections, provides the clients with clear and
precise direction in order to move forward on a project.
- Evaluate Space Utilization: Develop a
Master Plan that allows the client to continue operation in the
present building or proposed future space.
- Provide a Cost For Improvements: Establish
the financial requirements to support the present and future
needs of a client.
- Prepare Drawings and Bid Documentation: Obtain the best
equipment for the solution at the most competitive cost.
- Develope an Implementation Schedule: How to continue
operations, support customer service and expand or improve
operations.
- Project Manage and System Implementation: An experienced team takes
care of the implementation while the core business continues
daily functions.
