William Trommer, Founder
Registered Professional Engineer
Bill Trommer is a graduate engineer and has been working in the
field of material handling equipment design and implementation
since 1966. Work experience includes several years of equipment
design and system implementation with a national manufacturer of
automated material handling equipment. He worked specifically in
the Material Handling Industry for various equipment suppliers
as well as a material handling consulting firm, developing and
implementing system concepts for warehousing and distribution
facilities.
In 1975, he established Trommer & Associates, Inc. a
professional engineering firm providing Facility Planning
Services to those firms and agencies requiring professional
engineering and consulting services. Clients include Industrial
firms, Retail Chains, Wholesale Chains and Government Agencies
having a need for Material Handling System Concept development
services.
His experience encompasses all facets of project development and
implementation, including concept development, management
presentations, engineering services, the preparation of
performance specifications, system start-up, testing and
personnel training.
Project experience includes many high production operations
including the rubber industry, bearing manufacturing and
distribution, steel production and fabrication, food, clothing,
electronics, drugs and hardgoods. Bill has 40 years experience
in systems planning and engineering.
